We'd like to inform you that, effective October 1, 2026, the inactive fee debit date for inactive Main Pockets will change.
An inactive fee of Rp10,000 will be charged every month following the date your Main Pocket turns inactive.
Jago will send you a notification and an email within a certain period determined by the Bank before your Pocket turns Inactive or Dormant.
Keep your Pocket active by using it for transactions, such as adding funds, transferring funds, or sending money from that Pocket.
